These are my 4 favorite organic Coconut Milk recipes 😍 that I use for my morning raw vegan parfaits & fruity cereals 🍴🍓 #heaven
There are two versions that I make, one for my parfaits (which is a lot thicker, like a yogurt) and the other is for my fruity cereal (which is very smooth and light) Made without refined sugars, dairy-free and super healthy for skin cells and body! X .
☺How to make for PARFAITS: (Thick) All fruits are always frozen before hand and then blended with the fresh coco milk. Texture comes out very thick.
☺How to make for CEREALS: (Light) All fruits are blended with a coconut water and then passed through a strainer to filter out the pulp and then blend that with the fresh coco milk.
QUANTITIES of the Ingredients listed above:
- Pink: 1 cup of coco milk + a hand full of raspberry and strawberries
- Pastel Green: 1 cup of coco milk + 1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
- Golden Yellow: 1 cup of coco milk + 1 mango
- Purple: 1 cup of coco milk + handful of blueberries + 1 teaspoon of acai berry
If you desire a sweeter taste for these milk simply add Organic Coconut Sugar!
